Issue details

(a) approve new draft corporate priorities for the Council for public consultation purposes;

(b) agree the proposed process and indicative timetable for the production of a new corporate plan; and

(c) authorise the Managing Director, in consultation with Group Leaders, to appoint commissions to support the development of the new corporate plan;
