in line with the following terms and conditions:
• The lease to be granted for a term of 10 years with a tenant
only break in the 5th year.
• The rent has been agreed at £40,250 pa exclusive of
service charge, business rates and VAT.
• The tenant is to provide 4 months’ rent plus a sum
equal to VAT as a security deposit.
• Rn review on the 5th anniversary
