Unauthorised encampments create an unsafe environment for our
children. As cars are being driven during the day on the grass at
high speed, children cannot use the park freely without fear of
being hurt. If nothing is being done to secure the park, the matter
will get worse over the years. We have already seen two
unauthorised encampments in the space of 4 weeks this
year.
