The leaseholder (Vines of Guildford Ltd) at
the above site has requested that they be given licence to allow
the sub-letting to South Eastern Power Network PLC for an
Electrical substation for a term of years commencing on completion
of the underlease and expiring 5th Aug 2140
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
sub-letting.
