To approve the reviewed fee of the above
property held under the terms of a licence dated 20/11/2017.
In accordance with the terms of the licence, the annual fee of
£245 has been reviewed as at 10/06/2022 and it is proposed to
increase it to £303 with effect from 10/09/22.
The increase has been calculated with reference to the retail price
index.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
