Note: It has been agreed, in consultation with Councillor Marsha Moseley, Chairman of the Planning Committtee, and political group leaders, to cancel the Planning Committee meeting scheduled for 22 April 2020. This decision was taken in order to allow sufficient time for protocols and user guidance for holding virtual meetings to be prepared in the light of new legislation, and systems for holding virtual planning committee meetings to be established and tested, including how the public can be engaged in those meetings.
