To accept a Surrender the existing lease dated
13th March 1961 for term of 99 years in respect of the land and
buildings known as 21-22 Woodbridge Meadows, Guildford, GU1 1BA and
simultaneously grant a new full repairing and insuring lease
expiring on 25th October 2145 on the terms agreed.
Surrender of existing lease and grant of new lease on agreed
terms.
In accordance with best estate management
practice and our developing Industrial Estate Strategy.
The decision meets the statutory / policy
requirements for the Council and there were no alternative options
available.
