That the Local Development Scheme, as set out in Appendix 1 to the report submitted to the Executive, shall have effect from 1 December 2021.

Reason:

To progress the new Guildford borough Local Plan: Development Management Policiesby having a Local Development Scheme with an up-to-date timetable for the Local Plan.
