To approve the grant of the occupational
licence of Land South West of Woodruff Avenue to Surrey County
Council for the purposes of a site compound and welfare facilities
in order for the ‘Active Travel Scheme’ between Burpham
and Guildford to be completed in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The fee will be £100 per week
The agreed licence period is for 34 weeks from 9th January 2023 and
ending on 4th September 2023
The fee will be payable in advance.
A photographic schedule of condition of the land will be
prepared.
The tree on the site is to be protected.
