To approve the grant of a contracted-out lease
to The Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local
Government over Onslow Park & Ride site for a Covid Testing
site.
The lease will be for the period from 1 April 2022 to 31 August
2022, at an annual rental of £20,625 pro-rata.
They will also be paying the Councils legal and surveying
fees.
