Decision:

The Council’s tenant Neet2Eat of the above property and the Council have agreed to surrender the current lease, as the tenant couldn’t take beneficial occupation, when agreed, as the building was not ready for occupation, so the tenant will not benefit from a full 12 month term. The intention is to surrender this lease and regrant a new lease, on the same terms as the current lease, so the tenant will have a full 12 month term.
