To award a measured Term Contract for supply
of fire safety doors, compartmentation and other fire safety
specialist works and Remediation works for the HRA. This has
followed the Public Procurement Legislation compliant Framework
route to market.
The Service was competitively tendered through
a framework process and utilising bespoke tender rates. Several
Frameworks and contractor options were analysed and after
evaluation Shellen Ltd through Pretium Hyde Fire Safety Framework
are to be appointed as they are considered to be the most
economically advantageous contractor and can also supply the
resource to meet the enhance requirements of the delivery
operation. The tender remains within the overall advised budget but
with enhanced spend over 3 years.
These were considered as part of the
procurement process.
