In accordance with the Second Schedule of the lease as amended by a
Deed of Variation dated 14th July 2017, the passing rent of
£41,000 has been reviewed and it is proposed to increase it
to £42,750 per annum.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
