To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to R.Holford & Co. Ltd assigned to FL Gambles & sons Ltd 31/07/1996 then assigned to the current tenant Chambers Runfold Plc on 29/04/2008.



In accordance with the Second Schedule of the lease as amended by a Deed of Variation dated 14th July 2017, the passing rent of £41,000 has been reviewed and it is proposed to increase it to £42,750 per annum.



A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this review.
