A review of the CCS RM3741 Project Management and Full Design Team
Services framework revealed that AECOM were offering the best rate
and offered a Direct Award route based on the circumstances of the
project requirements.
The project has been on hold for many months
whilst a new Mandate and Business Case was developed. These are now
in place and Officers have approval to develop a new planning
application. Given the delays to the project, there is a desire to
do this as expediently as possible.
The Council will require multi-disciplinary professional services
to develop the new application,
AECOM are able to provide the necessary services at a rate which
has been deemed competitive.
SCAPE (Perfect Circle) framework was assessed
and did not evidence best value for this appointment.
