The Council’s tenant, Surrey Hills
Removal who occupy The Hub, Thornberry Way have requested that they
are given a licence to allow them to carry out the following
alterations at the above property.
The works include the installation of a mezzanine floor on top of
existing office/kitchen to create first floor offices and second
floor open storage area. A stairwell from the warehouse will be
created to provide access to the new areas.
There will be a requirement for the tenant to remove the
alterations at the end of their lease.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
