Contract Award to Pennington Choices to
undertake FRAEW in accordance with the PAS 9980 methodology and all
regulatory guidance.
Provision of an FRAEW was determined as
necessary within the type one FRA received for Mount and Bishops
Court and its been decided to extend this requirement to all our
registered high rise units to ensure full compliance for our
registered high rise stock

None - The proposal is for a direct award via Fusion21's Building
Safety and Compliance Framework (Lot 5). They are the number one
ranked supplier on this lot and it has been confirmed by the
framework provider that the offer is in line with the tendered
rates submitted to the framework and are inclusive of Fusion21's
levy fee.
