Is subject to call in?: No
Entering into a deed of variation with Bellway
Homes Limited which will extend the Option Period in the existing
Land and Works Agreement between Bellway Homes Limited and the
Council in relation to the Wildflower Meadows site.
This is needed because the Option Period is
the period within which the Council can call for an easement to be
granted by Bellway Homes Limited to Surrey Council Council to give
Surrey Council Council (as highways authority) the drainage and
access rights required in relation to the road bridge forming part
of the Ash Road Bridge Scheme. As the easement will not be called
for until after this road bridge is completed and the road bridge
will be completed after 30 April 2024 the Option Period needs to be
extended.
