Information on Street Nameplate Signage to be set out in an Appendix to this item is commercially sensitive and will, if councillors wish, be discussed in private as it will involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Scheduled 12a to the Local Government Act 1972, namely: "Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)".
