To accept a Surrender the existing lease dated 13th March 1961 for term of 99 years in respect of the land and buildings known as 21-22 Woodbridge Meadows, Guildford, GU1 1BA and simultaneously grant a new full repairing and insuring lease expiring on 25th October 2145 on the terms agreed.
