Reason for urgency:
Due to the harm that would be caused to GBC residents by a failure to complete on purchases committed to by North Downs Housing Limited where completion is due on 30 September 2022, it was not practicable to either:

(a) publish a notice of key decision in respect of this matter in the Forward Plan at least 28 days prior to the making of the decision under the requirements of Regulation 9, or

(b) inform the chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee by notice in writing of the matter about which the key decision is to be made, and publish that notice on the Council’s website giving five clear days before the key decision is due to be taken under the requirements of Regulation 10.
