Decision:
In order to facilitate the residential
development of the former Westway site, previously sold by the
Council, the proposal is to vary the original transfer document
(TP1) to clearly define the rights reserved to the Council,
improving the access and parking rights as well as the facilities
for the adjacent Aldershot Rd allotment users. The owners of the
former Westway site will be providing utilities services to the
entrance of the allotment site. The services will include
electricity, foul drainage and water connections (all capped off
and metered).
Guildford Allotment Society have been consulted and are supportive
of this proposal and will benefit from 6 car parking spaces on
site.
