To approve the reviewed rent of the above
property leased to Kenneth David Buckman.
In accordance with the first schedule of the lease, the annual
passing rent of £29,900 has been reviewed as at 31/7/22 and
it is proposed to increase it to £34,000.
This accords with the available comparable evidence bearing in mind
the terms of the lease. Our consultant recommends the matter is
concluded after a period of negotiation.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
