The current contracted out lease
expired on 21st January 2023.
The tenant is ACM Commercial Limited
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period following expiry
whilst the terms of a new lease of the above premises are
negotiated.
