The Climate Change Board is a working group
that reports annually or as required to the Executive with terms of
reference and membership publicly agreed by the Executive.
Membership generally reflects the representation of groups on the
Council. It is not a decision-making body. Such working groups
exist to focus on priority matters that would be beyond the
capacity of Executive to develop within its own meeting schedule.
Executive working groups meet privately, but the Climate Change
Board has agreed that the minutes of its meetings should be
available to the public. The Board meets every other month.
