Public Participation

In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 11, to receive any questions or statements from members of the public in respect of the business for which this extraordinary meeting has been called.

The deadline for receipt of questions and statements is 5pm on Thursday 13 March 2025. Copies of all questions and statements, except those that have been rejected, will be included on the supplementary agenda pack for the meeting, and will be circulated to all Members and made available to the public via the Council’s website, by 5pm on the day before the meeting.  A written response to questions shall be included in the supplementary agenda pack.
