To receive from Members, declarations of interest in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Councillor Code of Conduct.

To receive questions or statements from members of the public in respect of the business for which this extraordinary meeting has been called, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 11.

The deadline for receipt of questions and statements is 5pm on Thursday 10 April 2025. Copies of all questions and statements, except those that have been rejected, will be included on the supplementary agenda pack for the meeting, and will be circulated to all Members and made available to the public via the Council’s website, by 5pm on the day before the meeting.  A written response to questions shall be included in the supplementary agenda pack.

To receive any questions from councillors in respect of the business for which this extraordinary meeting has been called, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 12.

The deadline for receipt of questions is 5pm on Thursday 10 April 2025. Details of any questions from councillors (including a written response to them) will be set out in the Supplementary Agenda Pack which will be published on the day before the meeting.
