1.	Apologies for Absence Additional documents: Webcast for 1. Decision: Apologies for absence were received from the Leader of the Council, Councillor Joss Bigmore. Councillors Chris Blow, Colin Cross, Angela Goodwin, Angela Gunning, Ramsey Nagaty and Maddy Redpath were in attendance.
2.	Local Code of Conduct - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest In accordance with the local Code of Conduct, a councillor is required to disclose at the meeting any disclosable pecuniary interest (DPI) that they may have in respect of any matter for consideration on this agenda. Any councillor with a DPI must notparticipate in any discussion or vote regarding that matter and they must also withdraw from the meeting immediately before consideration of the matter. If that DPI has not been registered, the councillor must notify the Monitoring Officer of the details of the DPI within 28 days of the date of the meeting. Councillors are further invited to disclose any non-pecuniary interest which may be relevant to any matter on this agenda, in the interests of transparency, and to confirm that it will not affect their objectivity in relation to that matter. 4.	Leader's Announcements Additional documents: Webcast for 4. Decision: The Deputy Leader announced that the Surrey Heartlands Healthcare Team celebrated its one millionth Covid vaccination last week and was pleased to note that currently everyone over the age of eighteen years was now eligible to be vaccinated. It was noted that this week was ‘Armed Forces Week’. The Mayor, Councillor Marsha Moseley, consort Councillor Nigel Manning and Armed Forces Champion Councillor Tom Hunt had all been present for the raising of the Union Flag over Guildford Castle in recognition. ‘Armed Forces Day’ would be held on Saturday 26 June.

Reduction of conflicts and complaints regarding unauthorised car parking 3. Provision of car parking areas compliant with the Commons Act 2006 4.
