The Council’s tenant D.S. Johnston Properties Limited (previously known as Bowden & Highett Limited) of the above property has requested that they be given a licence to allow the assignment of their lease expiring 25/5/2070.
The proposed assignee is Rangers of Guildford Limited who already occupy part of the site under the terms of a sublease dated 10th May 2019.
The lease does not permit the Council to unreasonably withhold or delay consent.
