To approve the grant of the lease of Part Ground Floor Office Suites (Rooms G08) to Grace Fashion Ltd in line with the following terms and conditions:

The rent will be £4,427.50 per annum inclusive of service charge and utilities and payable monthly in advance.

The agreed term is 3 years with a mutual break option after the first 12 months of the term on six months prior written notice.
