To approve the grant of an oversailing scaffold and pontoon licence at St Marys Wharf, Guildford in line with the following terms and conditions:

The fee will be £45,120 (£705 per week)

The agreed licence period is 64 weeks, start date to be confirmed.

The fee will be payable quarterly in advance.

The licencee is Clan (Guildford) LLP.
