GBC utilised the Pagabo Framework Lot 4 for
Site Supervisor/Clerk of Works to procure a suitable NEC Supervisor
to act for GBC on the Off-site Highways NEC Contract initially,
with the Council being able to utilise Ross Quality for the next
four years for NEC Supervisor services. The top ranked consultant
was selected as appropriate and fulfilling the criteria for the
project. The project and procurement team met with the consultant
to discuss the project and the capability of the consultant.
Ross Quality are to provide a fee proposal. This will be based on
the rates within their contract and that were provided for the
Off-site Highways contract. A contingency is to be applied on top
of the proposed fee to account for any variations through the life
of the project. The budget estimate provided below is based on the
average weekly rate provided in their fee proposal for off-site
highways and applied to the Internal Estate Road programme.
