(a) Entering into a boundary agreement with an adjoining landowner including transferring a small sliver of land to correctly reflect the boundary between the parcels of land
(b) Entering into a deed of easement and, separately, a wayleave in favour of Southern Electric Power Distribution plc relating to existing and new electricity cables required for ARB

Reasons for the decision:

The Council needs to enter into the agreements set out above to facilitate delivery of the Ash Road Bridge works

(2) To delegate to the Strategic Director for Place, in consultation with the Lead Councillor for Regeneration, and / or Lead Councillor for Finance and Planning Policy, authority to enter into such other contracts and legal agreements connected with the Ash Road Bridge Scheme as may be necessary in compliance with Procurement Procedure Rules and within the approved budget.
