Procurement of Dropbox licensing to replace
the Council's existing expiring agreement.
The Council's existing Dropbox licensing is due to expire on 7th March 2024. The Council continues to use Dropbox for some secure file sharing. A licensing arrangement to enable continued use is therefore considered necessary at this time.
Microsoft OneDrive and Teams file sharing is
used widely in the Council, and migration of remaining Dropbox use
was considered.
This was not able to be prioritised above other current business
priorities prior to the expiry date, and therefore renewal was
determined necessary at this time.
