Decision:

Pursuant to s122 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council owned land be appropriated for planning purposes in connection with the implementation of the WUV scheme in accordance with the consent granted by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 8 of the Allotments Act 1925.

As a separate matter, to approve the appropriation of a small area of land outside but adjacent to the allotment land that was omitted from the plan of the land appropriated by the Council for planning for the WUV scheme in July 2021. The consent of the Secretary of State is not required to enable the Council to appropriate this land for another purpose.
