We have found a cheaper alternative to our
current social media management tool, that also allows us more
users to involve CSC in our social media responses. Our current
provider does not have the functionality we need to be able to
offer customer service on social media. This new provider enables
us to do that at a cheaper cost.
We received demo's from other companies,
Hootsuite came in the cheapest and also offered us the ability to
have more users and better functionality.
Alternative options were explored with other providers. Hootsuite submitted a far more competitive estimate than the other quotations received.
