- 5-6 and 17-18 Rapley's Field
- Land to rear of Manor House Flats
- 108 Georgelands Garden Land

Initial contract value of £2,450 + VAT

Reasons for the decision:

To allow review and resolution of party wall matters on HRA development sites as required.

Alternative options considered:

Three quotes were sourced and the decision was made to proceed with the most cost efficient.
