To enter into a contract with a company for
their professional services in providing grave digging services to
GBC Cemeteries.
The council requires professional services to
perform its grave digging within cemeteries as part of its
bereavement and memorial business continuity.
GBC has investigated sharing resources but non
have the specialist skills or capacity. Without this resource GBC
would not be able to provide a local burial service for families
which accounts for approx 50 per annum.
