review the appraisal on the Council's behalf to ascertain if the
scheme is compliant with relevant planning policies. The Council
will be fully reimbursed for the costs of the review.

To ensure that the planning application can be
considered in accordance with adopted policies as the Council does
not have the in-house expertise to do this.
