The Council has received a request to grant
retrospective consent under the terms of the transfer of 61 Almond
Close for the construction of an extension at first floor level
comprising bedroom lounge kitchen/dining room and bathroom to be
used as a granny annexe at the Property as approved by the Local
Planning Authority on the tenth day of January 1989 under reference
number 88/P/01906. As the transfer restricts the use of the
property to one dwelling, it will be necessary for the transfer to
be varied to remedy the current breach.
The construction of the granny annexe has not
had an adverse effect on the surrounding neighbourhood, and the
variation is required to facilitate the sale of the
property.
