access licence over the garage area at Falcon Road to the rear of

The licence will be granted to the current owners of 43 Springfield Road, Guildford, GU1 4DW
The Grantees have agreed to pay £250.00 per annum for the licence, plus our costs, which in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal Consent powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably obtainable’.
There will be a fee review every three years.
The licence to the previous owner, of 43 Springfield Road is to be surrendered before the new licence is granted.
