Decision:

To approve the grant of a licence to Surrey Highways for access and placement of welfare facilities.

The licence is required to carry out works to install a pedestrian refuge on the highway in Shalford. This includes creating a small section of path on the common to link the road crossing to an existing pedestrian footpath.

The agreed licence period is to be three weeks from the date of the licence for a fee of £60.00 per day with the Licencee covering the Council’s legal and surveyors’ costs.
