of Unit 8, Slyfield Industrial Estate to Total AV Control Ltd in
line with the following terms and conditions:
The rent is to be £8,000 per annum plus VAT, no rent free and
exclusive of business rates and service charge. The rent will be
payable monthly in advance.
The agreed term is 3 years.
The security deposit will remain the same (£4,500).
