The property was sold on 24 October 1983. At that time
there was a garage at the property, but the transfer plan
was incorrectly drawn and part of the garage and land
upon which it sits was not included in the sale. It has
been agreed that the land can now be transferred at a
consideration of £1 to rectify the position.

Reasons for the decision:

The proposed sale will not cause any detrimental impact
to the Council’s adjoining land
