The Council has received a request to grant a license over Castle Grounds Cottage, in line with the following terms and conditions:

The licencee is Ash Contracting Ltd.

The licence / easement / right of way / wayleave will be granted to the current owners of Headley House, Gomshall, Guildford, GU5 9QE.

The Grantees have agreed to pay £1.00 For the easement/wayleave/licence/right of way, plus our costs, which in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal Consent powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably obtainable’ where the proposed term exceeds seven (7) years].

The Grantees will be required to obtain our approval for anything that varies the terms of the license.
