LSH have been instructed as Marketing Agents for The Billings for the past 12 months. They are therefore familiar with the property and best placed to source new tenants for the vacant suits in Unit 2 and Unit 4.

Reasons for the decision:

LSH were originally granted a 12 month contract to Market the vacant units (2&4) within The Billings in February 2024. Originally we explored an extension to the contract. After liaising with Procurement it was decided that it was prudent to carry out a new direct award to LSH. This is justifiable as they are ranked no.1 on lot 2c and given that it is a relatively low-value contract.
