Decision:

To approve the variation of the lease of 11 Woodbridge Meadows let to DW Elson, DPA Williams and MC Williams dated 31/12/93 in line with the following terms and conditions:

To Extend the currently permitted B1/B2/B8 uses to include Class E (d). This allows indoor sport in addition to industrial &, warehouse uses. This is in line with changes to the Use Classes Order where industrial and indoor sport are now both under the new class E.

The applicant has agreed to pay our legal costs plus a premium sum of £1,000.
