Decision:

The existing floor tiles within the stairwells and lift foyers have failed slip tests and are currently a slip hazard and H&S risk. The works are to carry out the installation of a non-slip Sika Staircoat Reinforced Waterproofing System to all stairwells & lift foyers on all levels 1 – 7, including the Sainsbury’s link bridge on Levels 5 & 6. The thresholds to the existing steel doors may also need to be adjusted to allow for the new anti-slip coating which is to be applied over the existing floor tiles.
