The Council’s tenant BC BBU Ltd of 5 Woodbridge Meadows Industrial Estate has requested that they be given a licence to allow the subletting of the property.

The details of the subletting to PORSCHE RETAIL GROUP LIMITED (Company Registration Number 00220221) Ltd are as follows:

Sublease: 2 years with Landlord rolling break after 12 months on 3 months’ notice at any time
Rent: £100,000pa
Use: for temporary parking use to support dealership facility.

The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such sub-letting.
