Agreement to the member licence for APGB (Aerial Photography for Great Britain).

Reasons for the decision:

Aerial photography is an important part of planning enforcement, amongst other Council processes. The Council maintains a mapping system. Maintaining aerial photography layers ensures the Council gets the most from its mapping system.

The Cabinet Office has agreed aerial photography licences which enables public sector organisations access to the photography at no cost through a free membership of the APGB (Aerial Photography for Great Britain).

Alternative options considered:

As this is a zero cost solution provided by central government for this purpose, no commercial solutions were considered.
