Guildford Borough Council is entering into a lease agreement with Beryl to facilitate an e-bike parking bay at Millbrook Car Park as part of the Guildford E-bike scheme.

Reasons for the decision:

The 4mx3m size parcel of land on the Millbrook Car Park land is a crucial town centre location facilitating the overall town wide system of parking bays. As a contribution towards the scheme, Guildford Borough Council has agreed to lease out the parcel of land at peppercorn value.
